IT Manager

We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to oversee the technology operations of our company in Multan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our IT team and ensuring the smooth functioning of our technical systems. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of information technology principles.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's technological infrastructure
- Lead and manage the IT team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of hardware and software systems
- Ensure data security and disaster recovery plans are in place to protect company information
- Identify areas for improvement in technology processes and make recommendations for changes or upgrades
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology to ensure our company remains competitive in the industry

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, hardware/software systems, and data security
- Proven leadership experience with excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with cloud-based systems is a plus

Location: This position is based in Multan. Candidates must have their own visa to work in Pakistan.

Salary: The salary for this position is $1500 per month.
