Job Title: IT Manager for Growing Tech Company in Multan


Our growing tech company in Multan is seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for innovation. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1500$.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of our company's information technology infrastructure
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security, reliability, and efficiency of our systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in the industry to continuously improve our systems
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and develop solutions to enhance business operations
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Ensure data backups are regularly performed and disaster recovery plans are in place
- Manage relationships with external vendors for hardware, software, and services
- Train employees on new technologies or processes as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, security principles, and system administration
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
