Hotel Sales Manager
The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for increasing hotel revenue by developing and implementing strategic sales plans. This individual will work closely with the hotel's management team to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new business and increase revenue
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the hotel's management team to create attractive packages and promotions
- Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the hotel's services
- Monitor sales performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
Preferred Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a luxury hotel or resort environment
- Proficiency in multiple languages (English required)
