Part-Time Carpenter in Roskilde

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team on a part-time basis in the city of Roskilde. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, including furniture, cabinets, and building frameworks. This position offers a competitive salary of 1500$ and includes accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to plan carpentry projects
- Measure, cut, and shape wood materials according to specifications
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim
- Inspect and repair damaged frameworks or structures
- Collaborate with other carpenters and construction workers to complete projects on time
- Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Knowledge of woodworking tools and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Physical stamina to handle heavy materials
- Good mathematical skills
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in carpentry or relevant field
- Experience working with various types of wood
- Experience with finish carpentry (e.g. cabinetry)
