Preservation Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in Vilnius. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the restoration and renovation of historic buildings and structures. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historic buildings and structures to determine necessary restoration work
- Develop preservation plans and strategies, taking into consideration budget limitations
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure effective implementation of preservation plans
- Monitor progress of restoration projects and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Ensure that all restoration work meets building codes, safety regulations, and historic preservation guidelines
- Maintain accurate project documentation
- Provide guidance on proper maintenance practices for historic buildings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a Preservation Architect
- Extensive knowledge of historical architecture and building materials
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and historic preservation guidelines
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
