Industrial Painter

We are in need of a skilled Industrial Painter to join our team in Mombasa. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for painting various surfaces and structures using specialized industrial paint coatings. This includes preparing the surfaces, mixing and applying paint, and ensuring a smooth and even finish.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong eye for detail and be able to work efficiently and accurately. You should also have knowledge of different industrial painting techniques and be able to handle various tools and equipment. Prior experience in industrial painting is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, or scraping
- Mix paint according to specifications
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Ensure a smooth and even finish with no drips or streaks
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Follow safety guidelines at all times
- Complete projects within given deadlines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an Industrial Painter is preferred but not required
- Good knowledge of different industrial painting techniques
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and work at heights for extended periods of time

Salary:
1600$ per month
