We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Office Assistant in Karachi, Pakistan. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a part-time position with the option of working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and forward calls to appropriate staff members
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing mail to the correct recipients
- Keep track of office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization by tidying up common areas and workspaces
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Salary:
This is a part-time position with a starting salary of $1800 per month.
Location:
The office is located in Karachi but there is also an option for remote work.
