Office Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Roskilde. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Schedule appointments and meetings, arrange travel accommodations, and prepare expense reports
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Create and update documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Fluent in English (Danish is a plus)
Salary: 1500$ per month
Location: Roskilde, Denmark
