Office Assistant in Roskilde
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Office Assistant to join our team in Roskilde. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth operation of daily business activities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing files
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for office staff
- Assist with invoicing and processing payments
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Assist with organizing company events and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
Working Hours: Part-time (20 hours per week)
Salary: 1800$ per month (based on experience)
Location: Roskilde, Denmark
