Commercial Architect (Indian Nationality) in Akron, USA



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Akron, USA. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as office buildings, shopping centers, and hotels.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their building needs and objectives
- Develop detailed plans and drawings for commercial buildings
- Review and approve construction plans from contractors
- Ensure that all building codes and regulations are met
- Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to ensure the structural integrity of the building
- Monitor construction progress and make necessary adjustments to plans if needed
- Keep track of project budgets and timelines
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is following plans and specifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Commercial Architect
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, engineers, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
