As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning commercial buildings and structures in Akron, Canada. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and develop design solutions
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and gather necessary information for design development
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements
- Work with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to coordinate project details
- Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with design specifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and project stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Salary: $1500 per month
