Online Consultant

As an online consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients through virtual platforms. Your main duties will include answering inquiries, providing solutions and recommendations, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with clients through various online channels such as email, chat, and video conferencing.
- Understand client needs and provide accurate and appropriate advice.
- Offer customized solutions to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in order to provide relevant information to clients.
- Utilize various tools and resources to research, gather data, and analyze information in order to provide comprehensive guidance.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.
- Proficient in using technology for communication purposes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism, empathy, and patience when dealing with clients.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

Location: Oslo
Salary: 1000$
