Senior Architect


We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Kolding. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, from residential to commercial buildings. Your main duties will include creating detailed plans and drawings, managing budgets and timelines, and collaborating with other professionals such as engineers and contractors.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed plans and drawings for various projects
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project completion
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure all designs adhere to building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Kolding but may require occasional travel to project sites.
