Office Assistant
The office assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This person will perform various tasks including answering phone calls, organizing and maintaining files, and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have the ability to multi-task. This position is located in Las Vegas and offers a salary of 1500$ per month.
The office assistant's duties will include but are not limited to:
- Answering and directing phone calls to appropriate personnel
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintaining office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Providing support for other departments when needed
- Following company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
