Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a baker

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train a team of bakers
- Create schedules for staff and assign tasks accordingly
- Order supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Ensure that all baked goods meet quality standards and are presented attractively
- Monitor production levels to meet customer demand
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area
- Address any customer complaints or concerns promptly

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1500 per month, along with the opportunity for growth within the company.
