Responsibilities:

- Create custom designs based on client preferences and budget restrictions
- Maintain the cleanliness of the work area and ensure all equipment is properly sanitized
- Keep track of inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and new techniques in floral design

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Passion for flowers and strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and greenery
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed for events
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members effectively
- Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to think outside the box when designing arrangements
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time while arranging flowers
