Floral Designer


As a Floral Designer at our flower shop in Medina, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and special events. Your creativity and attention to detail will be essential in designing arrangements that exceed our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for floral designs
- Create and design floral arrangements using a variety of flowers, greenery, and props
- Ensure all arrangements are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their flower selection and answering any questions they may have

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a florist or floral designer is preferred
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers and their care requirements
- Creativity and artistic ability to design unique floral arrangements
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Customer service skills to interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month, along with opportunities for growth within the company.

Our flower shop is located in Medina, making it easily accessible by public transportation. We welcome both local candidates as well as foreigners who require visa sponsorship.
