Machine Operator


We are currently hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Shan city. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery used in production. This role requires a high level of technical knowledge and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality output and prevent malfunctions
- Troubleshoot issues and perform necessary adjustments or repairs
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Record production data and maintain accurate records

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
- Technical knowledge of operating various types of machinery
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if necessary

Preferred:
- Previous experience in the manufacturing industry preferred
- Biometric passport preferred for international travel
- Fluency in English preferred

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
