Facade Specialist


We are a reputable construction company based in Balzers, seeking a skilled Facade Specialist to join our team. As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, constructing and maintaining building facades. Your role will involve working with various materials such as glass, metal, and stone to create aesthetically pleasing and functional facades.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in facade design and construction
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop facade designs that meet client requirements
- Create technical drawings and plans for facade construction
- Source materials and oversee their installation on site
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of work meets safety standards
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the construction process

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month, along with benefits such as free visa sponsorship and travel ticket.

Contract:
This is a contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Balzers, but we welcome applicants from all nationalities who are able to legally work in Balzers.
