Hotel Sales Manager - Aalborg, Denmark
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Aalborg, Denmark. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel bookings and revenue. This is a contract position with the potential for permanent employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for business growth
- Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other potential partners
- Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase the hotel's facilities and services
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to ensure profitability for the hotel
- Analyze sales data and report on performance to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Knowledge of the local market in Aalborg is preferred
