Computer Support Specialist



As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients in Kolding. Your main role will be to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to computer systems, networks, and other technology products.

To excel in this role, you must have strong technical skills and excellent problem-solving abilities. You should also possess good communication skills as you will be interacting with clients on a daily basis. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will work closely with our clients to understand their issues and provide timely solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to computer systems, networks, and other technology products
- Install, configure and maintain computer systems, hardware, software and peripherals
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues
- Collaborate with team members to identify recurring problems and provide solutions
- Keep track of client inquiries and resolutions in our ticketing system
- Train clients on proper use of hardware and software products
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends to provide efficient support

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role as a Computer Support Specialist or IT Helpdesk Technician
- Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, network infrastructure, and other related technologies
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows operating system issues (Windows 10)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing excellent service
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A degree in Computer Science or relevant field is preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1800 per month along with benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, etc.
