Sales Manager - Vejle, Denmark
As a Sales Manager in our dynamic and growing company, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Based in Vejle, Denmark, you will oversee a team of sales representatives and work closely with other departments to ensure the success of our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain existing ones
- Collaborate with marketing team to create effective campaigns
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote our company
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors and market conditions
Requirements:
- Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the same industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and close deals
- Knowledge of CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Danish is a plus)
