We are hiring a skilled Database Administrator to join our team in Ashdod. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's databases, ensuring their security, availability, and performance. Your role will involve designing and implementing database structures, monitoring database activity and performance, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and ensuring data integrity.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in database management systems (DBMS) such as Oracle, SQL Server or MySQL, along with experience in database design and development. You should also possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and maintain databases according to company needs
- Monitor database activity and performance to ensure optimal operation
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise with databases or related systems
- Ensure data integrity by managing access permissions and performing regular backups
- Collaborate with other teams to develop solutions that integrate with the database systems
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in DBMS technology

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Database Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of DBMS (Oracle, SQL Server or MySQL) and data structure principles
- Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, Python or Java
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Ashdod (no relocation assistance provided)
Preference for Indian candidates with a valid biometric passport.
This is an entry-level position open to individuals without prior work experience.
No English language skills required.
