Office Assistant
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office tasks, and assisting with daily operations. The Office Assistant will be expected to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position is open to all nationalities, but fluency in English is required. No prior experience is necessary as we are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and filing paperwork
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Organize and maintain office files and records
- Attend meetings and take minutes when needed
- Provide support to other team members as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
