Surveyor - Bayan, Philippines



Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Surveyor to join our team in Bayan, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land surveying and be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct topographic, construction, boundary, and utility surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total station, and level instruments
- Analyze collected data to produce accurate maps, plans, and reports
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to gather project specifications and requirements
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Maintain accurate records of survey data, field notes, and equipment maintenance logs
- Adhere to safety regulations and procedures while working on site

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in land surveying
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total station, and level instruments
- Strong knowledge of relevant software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D or MicroStation
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Bayan, Philippines. We welcome applications from Filipinos who are currently residing in the area or willing to relocate.
