Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain networking hardware and software
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure maximum uptime
- Implement security measures to protect against cyber threats
- Set up user accounts, permissions, and access levels
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Perform regular backups to ensure data is protected
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in technology and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Network or Systems Administrator
- Knowledge of IT security principles and best practices
- Strong understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certifications in networking or systems administration (CCNA, MCSA)
- Experience with cloud computing services (AWS, Azure)
- Experience working with Linux operating systems
