We are seeking a skilled and experienced Typesetter to join our publishing team in Eschen. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for accurately arranging text and images into visually appealing layouts for books, magazines, and other publications.

Key responsibilities:
- Receive and review raw manuscript and design files from authors and editors
- Use specialized software to format text, adjust font sizes, and insert images into layouts
- Collaborate with editors and graphic designers to ensure the final product meets quality standards
- Edit and proofread layouts for spelling, grammar, and formatting errors
- Ensure all text is correctly aligned, justified, and hyphenated according to established guidelines
- Make revisions based on feedback from authors or editors

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Typesetter or similar role in the publishing industry
- Proficient in using typesetting software such as Adobe InDesign or QuarkXPress
- Strong attention to detail with excellent layout design skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy
- Knowledge of typography principles and ability to select appropriate fonts for different types of publications
- Familiarity with printing processes and color management preferred

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Eschen (accommodation can be provided if needed)
