Warehouse Operator (Clairvaux)

Our company is a leading international logistics and supply chain organization with operations in over 100 countries. We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operator to join our team in Clairvaux. This is a contract position, with the possibility of extension for the right candidate.

As a Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing goods within our warehouse facility. Your main duties will include loading and unloading trucks, picking and packing orders, and maintaining inventory accuracy. You will also be responsible for operating various warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and be physically fit to handle heavy lifting. Attention to detail and good organizational skills are essential for this role. As this position involves working with international shipments, proficiency in English is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify their contents
- Accurately record received goods into inventory system
- Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately
- Maintain organization within the warehouse facility
- Operate various warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in a warehouse setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
