Carpenter - Construction and Renovation Specialist
We are in need of an experienced Carpenter to join our team in Shan, China. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures made of wood, plywood, and other materials. This role requires a skilled individual with attention to detail and the ability to read blueprints and follow building plans. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in carpentry work and be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to blueprints or drawings
- Cut and shape wood, plywood or other materials using hand or power tools
- Install structures such as windows, frames, floorings, trimmings etc.
- Repair damaged structures or fixtures made of wood or other materials
- Follow building plans and specifications accurately
- Ensure work is completed within the given time frame
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to read blueprints/drawings and follow building plans
- Good knowledge of different woodworking tools and equipment
- Physical strength and stamina to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects
- Attention to detail with good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification

Salary: $1300/month

Location: Shan, China

Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week)
