Hotel Sales Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Mauren. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel services and facilities to potential clients. You will also be responsible for managing sales accounts, developing sales strategies, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities
- Attend networking events and trade shows to promote the hotel
- Negotiate contracts and prices with clients
- Monitor sales performance and report on targets
- Analyze market trends and provide feedback to management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Salary: $1100 per month + bonuses
