We are in search of a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Multan, Pakistan. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large amounts of data and providing insights and recommendations to help guide business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting data analysis and presenting findings to management
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and objectives
- Developing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identifying patterns and trends in data sets to inform business strategies
- Creating predictive models using statistical techniques
- Ensuring data quality, accuracy, and completeness
- Communicating complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- Proven experience working with large datasets and statistical analysis tools (e.g. SQL, Python, R)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience developing dashboards and visualizations using BI tools (e.g. Tableau)
- Understanding of data mining techniques and machine learning algorithms
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues

Salary:
This is a part-time position paying $900 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Multan, Pakistan. It is an urgent job opportunity so interested candidates who are already residing in Multan are preferred.
