Certified Personal Trainer



As a Certified Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for providing personalized fitness programs and guidance to clients in order to help them achieve their health and fitness goals. You will work closely with clients of different ages and fitness levels, providing support, motivation, and accountability throughout their fitness journey.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and create personalized training programs for clients based on their goals, abilities, and limitations
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle habits
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments to training programs as needed
- Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients, helping them stay on track with their fitness goals
- Educate clients on the importance of proper form, injury prevention, and overall wellness
- Maintain a clean and organized workout environment at all times
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and research in order to continually improve knowledge and skills

Requirements:
- Certified personal trainer with a recognized certification (e.g. NASM, ACE, ACSM)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in personal training or related field
- A passion for health and fitness with a strong understanding of exercise science principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients
- Knowledge of proper nutrition guidelines for overall health and fitness goals
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends if required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is located in Almada but we welcome applicants from other areas as well.

Note:
This is an opportunity for candidates who already have a valid visa or residency permit in Almada. We are unable to sponsor visas at this time.
