Part-time Information Security Analyst in Faroe Islands

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Information Security Analyst to join our team in Faroe Islands. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for analyzing and assessing the security of our company's information systems and recommending solutions to protect them from cyber threats. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Accommodation will be provided for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security assessments of our information systems
- Identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend solutions to mitigate them
- Monitor network traffic for any suspicious activity and take immediate action if necessary
- Implement security measures such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, encryption, etc.
- Develop and maintain security policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber threats and security technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Information Security Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, firewalls, and other security technologies
- Knowledge of risk assessment tools, technologies, and methods
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Salary: 1500$ per month (part-time)
