A luxury hotel in the vibrant city of Esbjerg is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy levels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and hospitality, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new business and maintain existing clientele
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and create targeted marketing campaigns
- Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key partners
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients while ensuring profitability for the hotel
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the market
- Train, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience from booking to check-out
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and future opportunities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication skills in Danish (or English) both written and verbal; additional languages are a plus
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and market trends
- Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month without accommodation. In addition, we provide biometric passport assistance for international candidates who require one.
