Teamlead for Contract Positions in Odense, Denmark

As a Teamlead for our contract positions in Odense, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of contract workers to ensure the successful completion of projects. You will work closely with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and assign tasks to team members. Your role will also involve monitoring the progress of projects, providing feedback and support to team members, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. The ideal candidate for this role is a natural leader with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of contract workers to successfully complete projects
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to define project requirements
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and expertise
- Monitor the progress of projects and ensure they are completed within the given timeline
- Provide feedback, guidance, and support to team members when needed
- Identify any issues or challenges that may arise during the project and find solutions
- Ensure quality standards are met in all deliverables
- Communicate with clients regarding project updates, changes, or issues

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary: 1700$ per month

Location: Odense, Denmark

Contract Type: Full-time, with accommodation provided
