Executive Chef for Seasonal Position in Beer-Sheva, Israel
We are seeking an experienced and creative Executive Chef to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and creating delicious and innovative dishes that reflect our restaurant's style and vision.
Your main responsibilities will include menu planning, food preparation and presentation, managing kitchen staff, maintaining inventory and ordering supplies, ensuring food safety standards are met, and creating a positive work environment for your team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant setting. You should have a strong passion for food and be knowledgeable about current culinary trends. Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work well under pressure are also essential.
As this is a seasonal position, you must be willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Accommodation is not provided but we can assist with finding suitable housing. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
