Restaurant Manager (Egyptian) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be Egyptian with strong English speaking skills and able to work part-time without experience. However, previous experience in the restaurant industry is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant including staffing, training, inventory management, and budgeting
- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability of the restaurant
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Create schedules for staff members to ensure proper coverage during peak hours
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials

Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry is preferred but not required
- Ability to work part-time without experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
