Restaurant Manager
Our busy restaurant in Jeddah is seeking an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality service and food, and maintaining a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including supervising and training staff, creating schedules, and ensuring compliance with company policies
- Oversee food preparation and ensure consistency in quality and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for guests and employees
- Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain current ones
- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and profits for upper management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Previous experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month.
