Mason Supervisor - Indian Nationals - Contract Position in Vianden, Luxembourg



We are currently hiring for a Mason Supervisor to join our team in Vianden, Luxembourg. This is a contract position suitable for Indian nationals with experience in masonry work. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of masons to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of masons to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of projects
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to determine project requirements
- Calculate materials needed and order supplies as necessary
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols on job sites
- Train new team members on masonry techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor progress of projects and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is being done according to specifications

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in masonry work, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in training new team members on masonry techniques is preferred
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials if needed
