Computer Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Remish. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients with their computer systems, hardware, and software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Provide remote or in-person technical support to clients
- Train users on basic computer functions and software applications
- Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions
- Collaborate with other members of the IT team to ensure smooth operation of systems
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, networks, and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.
