We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in St. Petersburg. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning the construction of industrial buildings, factories, and warehouses. Your duties will include conducting site visits, creating detailed blueprints and drawings, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: 1700$ per month

Location: St. Petersburg

Nationality: Indian (preferred)
