Architecture Manager

The Architecture Manager will oversee a team of architects and coordinate with other departments to ensure the successful execution of architectural projects. They will be responsible for developing project plans, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budget estimates, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient execution of projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Oversee the development of architectural designs and plans
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Monitor project budgets and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget constraints
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to design plans
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the course of a project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture or a related field
- Proven experience managing architectural projects from conception to completion
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to think creatively under pressure

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Shan (open for foreigners)

This is a full-time position.
