As an operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and cranes to move materials and complete construction projects. You will also perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Requirements:
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment in a construction environment
- Valid license or certification to operate heavy machinery
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures for operating heavy machinery

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely according to project requirements
- Perform pre-operational checks on equipment and report any issues or defects
- Follow blueprints and instructions to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
