Office Assistant

We are currently hiring an efficient and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Bergen. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring smooth operations. Your duties will include answering phone calls, maintaining office supplies, organizing files, and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have excellent time-management abilities. This is a contract position with a salary of $1500 per month. No prior experience is required, but proficiency in English and a valid work visa are necessary.
