We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Bergen. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support our daily operations. This is a contract job with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, etc.
- Keep the office clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Biometric passport is required for this position
