Industrial Architect

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Horsens. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual with excellent technical skills and a strong understanding of building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and vision for industrial buildings
- Develop detailed architectural plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models
- Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes and regulations
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to coordinate the construction process
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that plans are being followed accurately
- Make necessary revisions to plans as needed based on client feedback or unexpected challenges during construction
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and identify any potential issues or concerns
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in materials, technology, and design techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and contractors
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail is essential
- Prior experience working on industrial projects is preferred

We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this full-time position. This position does not include accommodation or visa sponsorship.
