Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Body Repair Master in repairing and restoring damaged vehicles
- Learn how to use various tools and techniques to repair or replace damaged parts
- Prepare surfaces for painting and apply primer, paint, and clear coat
- Work with a variety of materials including metal, fiberglass, plastic, and composites
- Keep work area clean and organized to ensure safety and efficiency

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, but basic knowledge of automotive repair preferred
- Must have a strong attention to detail and be able to follow instructions closely
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Must be willing to learn new skills and take on tasks as needed
- Must be able to communicate effectively with team members
