Part-Time Office Assistant in Vejle, Denmark

As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth daily operations of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintaining office supplies and ordering new ones when needed
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Filing and organizing documents, both physical and digital
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Completing basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry and invoice processing
- Other general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be fluent in English, knowledge of Danish is a plus
