Excavator Operator



We are seeking a skilled Excavator Operator to join our team in Herzliya. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to excavate, move and grade earth, rock, gravel or other materials during construction and other projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maneuver the excavator safely and efficiently
- Perform daily maintenance checks on the equipment
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Read and interpret construction plans to determine digging locations and depths
- Dig trenches, foundations, or holes according to specifications
- Load and unload materials using the excavator's bucket
- Use hand signals or radio communication to coordinate with ground workers
- Ensure proper grading of materials for a smooth finish
- Monitor fuel usage and report any mechanical issues immediately

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating an excavator
- Valid operator's license/certification for heavy equipment operation
- Familiarity with construction plans and blueprints
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Knowledge of safety procedures for heavy equipment operation

Salary: $1600 per month

This is a contract job open to all nationalities with their own valid visa. Students are also welcome to apply. English speaking ability is preferred.
