Office Manager - Administrative Support (Contract)


We are in need of an organized and efficient Office Manager to provide administrative support for our company in Triesen. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$, perfect for someone looking to gain experience in an office setting and with visa sponsorship available.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Maintaining and organizing office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Managing schedules and coordinating appointments
- Handling incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate person
- Assisting with document preparation, formatting, and editing
- Coordinating travel arrangements for staff members
- Providing general administrative support to the team

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. We are looking for someone who can work independently, take initiative, and prioritize tasks effectively. As this is a contract position without experience required, we are open to candidates from all backgrounds who are eager to learn.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to learn new tasks quickly
